Boy, that's one creepy looking cover image... However the music isn't creepy at all. While it is electropop, there is a warmth to it that recalls the analogue cassettes I used to play in my tape deck in the '80s! It doesn't sound so sterile and crisp as most electronic music does and in an oddly nostalgic way I think it's a good thing and suits the sound well. Reminds me of listening to my Thompson Twins tapes with the bonus exclusive remixes...
